3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or confirmation of Cash on Delivery (COD), if available.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities of any order for any reason.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to ship all orders within 1–3 business days.

  • Delivery time varies based on location (usually 4–8 business days).

  • Delays caused by courier partners or external factors are beyond our control.

  • Shipping is free above a specified order value (mentioned at checkout), unless stated otherwise.

5. Return & Exchange Policy

  • We accept returns only if the product received is damaged or incorrect.

  • A complete parcel opening video is required as proof to process any return or exchange.

  • Return requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery.

  • Refunds are processed only in the form of store credit or replacement. No cash refunds.

  • COD orders are not eligible for refunds. Only replacements are possible.
